Associate Financial Advisor Advisor Development Track About the Opportunity Diamond Pointe Financial is a boutique wealth management firm built on discipline, precision, and a refined, personalized client experience. We serve accomplished individuals and families who value clarity, consistency, and thoughtful financial strategy. We are hiring an Associate Financial Advisor. This role is designed for individuals interested in building a long-term career in relationship management, business development, and financial strategy. Position Overview The first phase of development begins in the Client Ambassador role, where candidates learn the operational, service, communication, and relationship-management foundations of a boutique wealth management firm while preparing for long-term advisor growth. This opportunity is designed for individuals who are motivated by growth, comfortable with accountability, and interested in eventually building and managing their own book of business within Diamond Pointe Financial. Candidates who demonstrate professionalism, discipline, strong communication skills, and long-term potential may continue progressing through the firm's internal advisor development track.
This includes:
Continued training and development Client-facing growth opportunities Individualized marketing support Support in building a book of business Exposure to financial planning, strategy, and client management The selected candidate will be expected to pursue and obtain the following licenses and credentials over time: Series 7 Series 66 North Carolina Life & Health Insurance License Enrolled Agent (EA) designation through the IRS Additional long-term development opportunities may include CFP® or CPA pathways. Client Experience & Service Serve as a primary point of contact for client service needs and ongoing communication Deliver a polished, responsive, and professional client experience across all interactions Manage scheduling, confirmations, and meeting logistics with attention to detail Maintain a welcoming, organized, and high-standard office environment Build familiarity with client preferences to support a consistent, refined experience Operations & Account Support Assist with client account servicing: onboarding, transfers, distributions, and account maintenance Coordinate with custodians and internal systems to ensure timely, accurate processing of client requests Maintain accurate and compliant CRM documentation of all client interactions Execute workflows, task management, and follow-up processes with consistency Ensure all activities align with firm procedures and regulatory requirements Operational Coordination & Problem Solving Serve as a liaison between clients, advisors, and custodial platforms Proactively identify and resolve client service or operational issues Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining precision and organization Anticipate needs and address potential issues before they impact client experience Marketing & Communication Support Assist with social media organization, scheduling, and content execution across platforms Monitor and respond to inbound messages, comments, and prospective client inquiries Support audience engagement and digital communication efforts Maintain a professional and consistent brand presence across all communication channels Become comfortable participating in digital communication and social media initiatives over time Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is: Interested in sales, entrepreneurship, financial planning, and long-term growth Comfortable working directly with clients in a professional setting Interested in finance, financial planning, marketing, and tax strategy Confident in communication and able to maintain a calm, polished presence Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in execution Coachable, disciplined, and motivated to grow within a structured environment Comfortable being featured in or supporting social media content Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Candidates without a degree must have relevant experience in sales, client service, or financial services Strong communication and organizational skills required Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail Professional demeanor and appearance required Comfortable working across CRM systems and digital platforms to manage client data, communication, and workflows Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail across multiple responsibilities Work Structure Full-time salary position with bonus structure Some hybrid flexibility is available; consistent in-office presence is required Professional dress and presentation expected
