Within our Assurance practice, you will be part of a team that specializes in finance consulting, focusing on enhancing decision-making and achieving financial goals for our clients. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client relationships and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear. In this role, you will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. You will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, contributing to the overall strategy and success of client engagements. Responsibilities Analyzing client needs to develop tailored financial solutions that optimize performance and decision-making Navigating complex financial scenarios to provide strategic guidance and support to clients Utilizing analytical thinking and market trend insights to inform recommendations and drive client success Building meaningful client relationships to anticipate needs and deliver quality solutions Applying accounting consulting skills to comply with regulations and uphold professional standards Embracing change and intellectual curiosity to adapt strategies in a dynamic financial services environment Collaborating with teams to enhance portfolio optimization and achieve client financial goals Interpreting data to generate insights and support informed decision-making processes Developing a deeper understanding of business contexts to align strategies with evolving objectives What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree At least 2 years of experience What Sets You Apart Demonstrating proficiency in Yardi Data Connect Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex financial problems Excelling in client-focused communication and relationship building Navigating ambiguity with intellectual curiosity and adaptability Embracing change and fostering a culture of inclusion Developing insights from market trends and portfolio optimization Upholding professional standards and complying with regulations The salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $184,440. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $212,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
