We handle and provide all intakes, back office, and paralegal support We are bringing the Family Office model that was conceived and limited to ultra-high net worth families to our clients. This model provides a comprehensive financial experience to our clients. Our Investment Advisors provide planning for every phase of your life, with the goal of building generational wealth. Public Speaking and Client Engagement Requirement This is a highly client-facing role that combines educational seminar presentations with individual client consultations. Candidates must have prior experience presenting financial topics to groups and must also have demonstrated success engaging with clients in one-on-one financial planning conversations. We are seeking professionals who have proven experience both presenting in front of audiences and building relationships with prospective clients following educational seminars or similar events. Advisors should expect to participate in the firm's weekly retirement planning dinner seminar program and play an active role in presenting, educating attendees, and conducting follow-up Consultations with families seeking retirement planning guidance.
Financial Advisor Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with clients while cultivating new business opportunities. Provide comprehensive financial planning across investment strategy, tax, retirement, estate planning, stock options, and more. Design and implement tailored long-term investment strategies, adjusting portfolios as needed. Collaborate with in-house service providers to deliver expert guidance in tax, trust, estate, and insurance services. Influence product development by sharing insights on advisor and client needs. Support business growth by

Financial Advisor Requirements:
Experience in investment advisory with a proven book of business, 10-20 Million AUM Certified as an Investment Adviser Representative (Series 65, Series 7 + 66, or equivalent). Excitement about the ability to not cold call and the opportunity to shape your future Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Financial Advisor Benefits:
Compensation package of
BASE 100K-140K
plus
UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS.
Our advisors all made 350K plus last year. In this business model, you are not logging calls or activity; you are solely focused on putting clients in the best financial gameplan and making money at the same time. 100% PAID medical, dental, and vision plans.
