Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic direction of our insurance brokerage platform, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry trends. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners to enhance product offerings and service delivery. Oversee the development and implementation of scalable infrastructure to support brokerage growth and operational efficiency. Empower advisors by providing training and resources to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions across various product lines. Analyze brokerage production and revenue trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategies that increase case size and placement ratios. Facilitate cross-platform integration with wealth and planning teams to enhance client service and satisfaction levels.

Qualifications:
