We are committed to transforming lives with sincerity, integrity, and compassion. We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Account Manager to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring patients understand their financial responsibilities and receive an exceptional experience throughout their care journey. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, patient-focused, and comfortable navigating insurance benefits, account reconciliation, and financial conversations.

Responsibilities:
Manage all patient financial accounts from initial consultation through case completion Verify insurance benefits and accurately document coverage details Create customized financial care plans Reconcile patient accounts and ensure account balances are accurate Conduct routine ledger audits to maintain financial accuracy and compliance Coordinate with the billing team regarding claim denials, underpayments, and insurance issues Contact patients regarding outstanding balances, missed payments, and overdue accounts Answer patient questions regarding billing, insurance coverage, and payment arrangements Process missed patient payments Monitor accounts receivable and cash balance reports Work closely with providers and team members to ensure a seamless patient experience Complete administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications Experience in medical billing, healthcare administration, insurance verification, or patient financial services preferred Strong understanding of insurance benefits, deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and authorization requirements Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Chiropractic, medical, or healthcare office experience is a plus Schedule 35-40 hours Monday - Thursday Work Location Office setting but a hybrid schedule will be considered for the right applicant.
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
