We're looking for an RV Finance & Delivery Consultant to guide customers through the final stages of the purchase process. This role combines customer service, financing, product consultation, and delivery coordination to create an exceptional ownership experience. You'll work directly with customers to navigate financing options, complete purchase paperwork, understand available ownership protection products, and ensure a smooth delivery experience from start to finish. This is a customer-facing position that combines communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and consultative selling. What You'll Do Meet with customers during the purchase process to review and complete purchase agreements Help customers navigate financing requirements and work with lending partners to secure approvals Coordinate financing, cash purchases, and credit union transactions Build relationships with lending institutions and maintain effective communication throughout the approval and funding process Educate customers on available ownership protection products and help them select options that best fit their needs and lifestyle Present extended service contracts, GAP protection, and other post-sale protection options in a professional and customer-focused manner Complete all closing paperwork after customer orientation and delivery preparation Ensure contracts and documentation are accurate, compliant, and funded promptly Follow up with lenders, customers, and internal departments to keep deals moving smoothly What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to build trust and rapport with customers Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable discussing financing options and presenting value-added products Ability to explain financial information clearly and confidently High moral standards and ethical decision-making Dependable, accountable, and team-oriented

GREAT PERSONALITY

Experience in dealership finance, banking, lending, credit unions, sales, customer service, retail management, hospitality, or related fields is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right individual with the right attitude and aptitude. Compensation & Benefits Estimated annual earnings: $50,000 - $80,000 based on experience and performance Compensation includes salary plus commission.
