Ongoing About the Role We are seeking a polished, customer-focused Client Advisor to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and build lasting relationships with clients in a luxury retail environment. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about client service, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch setting. Responsibilities Provide personalized service and create memorable client experiences. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Assist customers with product selection, styling recommendations, and purchases. Support sales goals through exceptional service and client engagement. Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards. Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist with inventory, replenishment, and daily operational tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience. Qualifications Previous retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, polished, and customer-focused demeanor. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Passion for delivering exceptional service and building client relationships. Flexible availability, including weekends and peak business periods as needed.
