Senior Associate - Role Overview (T&R) We are seeking a high-performing Financial Analyst to support client engagements through comprehensive financial analysis, modeling, and reporting. This role requires strong analytical judgment, ownership mindset, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end financial analyses, models, and reporting for client engagements Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, valuation, scenario analysis, and strategic decision-making Prepare clear, accurate, and client-ready reports, presentations, and dashboards that translate financial insights into actionable recommendations Partner with senior analysts and managers to support complex client deliverables and project timelines Respond to client and internal requests under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality Review and provide feedback on work produced by junior analysts and contribute to their development Support ad hoc analyses and special projects as required across multiple client engagements Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field Approximately 3-4 years of relevant financial analysis experience Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with financial modeling and reporting Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with the ability to step back and assess the "big picture" Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
