KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Associate or Senior Associate of Channel Management will partner with Head of Channel Management to facilitate the build out, growth and scaling of the Family Investor, Retirement/DC and Insurance Solutions teams globally.
Specific responsibilities include:
Overseeing the accuracy and completeness all fundraising data (commitments, opportunity pipeline, activity) as it relates to Family Investor, Retirement and Insurance Solutions clients. Analyzing trends and themes in fundraising data to help drive insight, business decisions and sales behaviors. Collaborating with India team to create and maintain a suite of management reports to track and monitor KPIs. Project managing key growth initiatives for the Family Investor, Retirement/DC and Insurance Solutions segments. Supporting the creation of long-term growth strategy plans. Partnering with internal stakeholders (Client Relationship Managers, Business Management, Client Strategy & Operations, Fundraise Management, Marketing, Product, Investment Solutions Group) to advance tactical and strategic assignments. Acting as a proxy for the Head of Channel Management where required. Assisting the Heads of Family Investor, Retirement/DC and Insurance Solutions teams as required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
5+ years' experience in investment management, preferably with exposure to private markets. Direct exposure to a sales team with deep understanding of the client lifecycle, preferably with exposure to private markets. Experience Extensive use of Salesforce, Excel and Powerpoint. Experience with visualization and analytical tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau). Exposure to and use of AI tools.

Strong analytical skills and comfortable managing large data sets. Highly numerate with financial acumen. Proficient user of technology. Exceptional communicator, both written and oral. Excellent organizer and planner. Able to build rapport and strong relationships quickly. Strategic thinker who is able to build consensus amongst colleagues. Self-motivated and proactive, identifying areas of risk or enhancement well in advance. Hard worker with high level of stamina. Able to operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. #

Salary Range:
$125,000 - $150,000 Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive. Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designations.
