Company Description Del-Sette Capital Management LLC, founded by Certified Financial Planner® Bill Del-Sette in 2012, is a fee-based investment advisory firm. Position Overview Del-Sette Capital Management is seeking an experienced Financial Planner who is ready to work directly and independently with clients. This in-office role — with the potential to transition to a hybrid schedule — is a great fit for someone who thrives in client relationships, takes ownership of the planning process, and is looking to grow within a collaborative, client-centered firm. This is not a support role. We're looking for someone who can walk into a client meeting, lead the conversation, and deliver a high-quality planning experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Client-Facing Financial Planning Independently conduct client meetings, including annual reviews, planning discussions, and ongoing relationship management Develop and present comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client's goals and retirement picture Manage follow-up items, action steps, and implementation after each meeting Serve as a trusted point of contact for a dedicated book of clients Maintain a high standard of responsiveness and care across all client relationships Team & Operations Support Serve as backup for trading and portfolio operations as needed Collaborate with the team on client service requests, workflows, and process improvements Maintain accurate client records in CRM and planning software Support compliance and operational requirements Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field 3+ years of experience in financial planning with direct client-facing responsibility Demonstrated ability to lead client meetings independently Strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills Comfortable working in an in-office, team-based environment with hybrid potential over time Preferred CFP® designation or active pursuit of it Prior experience at a fee-only or fee-based RIA Familiarity with Schwab, eMoney, or similar platforms
