Michael Cudlipp & Mariah Cudlipp-Gant Position Summary Cudlipp Financial is seeking a client-focused, growth-minded Financial Advisor to join our collaborative team. This role is ideal for an advisor who values comprehensive planning, relationship building, and delivering an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in eMoney financial planning software and possess a solid understanding of tax concepts. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a team-oriented environment where financial planning, tax strategy, and long-term client relationships work together to create meaningful outcomes for clients. Key Responsibilities Client Advisory & Relationship Management Build and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals, values, and financial priorities. Deliver personalized advice in areas such as retirement planning, investments, insurance, education planning, estate coordination, and cash flow management. Provide ongoing service, proactive communication, and regular review meetings. Serve as a consistent point of contact and advocate for clients' financial well-being. Financial Planning & eMoney Utilization Use eMoney to build comprehensive financial plans, retirement projections, cash flow models, net worth tracking, and goal-based strategies. Maintain accurate client data within eMoney and update plans regularly. Present planning recommendations in a clear, actionable manner. Use planning technology to improve client engagement and decision-making. Tax Awareness & Coordination Apply working knowledge of tax concepts to support planning recommendations. Identify tax-efficient opportunities related to retirement distributions, Roth conversions, capital gains, charitable giving, business owners, and estate planning. Collaborate closely with the internal tax team to ensure planning recommendations align with current tax strategies. Help clients understand how tax decisions impact broader financial goals. Business Development & Growth Develop and nurture referral relationships. Participate in client appreciation events, seminars, educational opportunities, and community networking. Help deepen existing client relationships through expanded planning conversations. Identify opportunities to bring tax and planning services together for clients who would benefit from both. Team Collaboration Work closely with advisors, support staff, and tax professionals in a team-based environment. Share ideas that improve workflow, client experience, and service offerings. Support firm initiatives, strategic growth goals, and collaborative culture. Qualifications Series 7/66, or appropriate advisory licensing (or ability to obtain). CFP®, CPA, EA, or other advanced designation preferred but not required. Experience using eMoney financial planning software preferred. Strong understanding of financial planning fundamentals and investment principles. Working knowledge of personal income tax concepts. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Traits High emotional intelligence and strong listening skills. Collaborative and eager to contribute to a positive office culture. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus incentive opportunities.
