Competitive Base Salary + Significant Bonus Potential A highly respected, high-net-worth wealth management firm in Beachwood, Ohio is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor / Financial Planner to join their growing team. This is an incredible opportunity for a motivated, relationship-driven professional who thrives in a collaborative, family-office-style environment and wants to play a key role supporting complex client relationships and sophisticated planning cases. The ideal candidate is a true go-getter with strong client-facing experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work closely alongside a lead advisor on high-level wealth management strategies.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with high-net-worth clients to deliver exceptional service and planning support Assist the lead advisor with complex financial planning and investment cases Develop and maintain strong client relationships built on trust and communication Participate in financial plan preparation, investment reviews, and strategy implementation Coordinate with internal team members and outside professionals including CPAs and attorneys Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and deepen relationships Support ongoing business growth initiatives and contribute to the firm's collaborative culture
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience working directly with clients in the wealth management industry Active FINRA licenses required: Series 7 and Series 66 OR Series 7, 63, and 65 CFP® designation preferred, but not required Strong understanding of financial planning, investments, and high-net-worth client service Highly motivated, organized, and proactive mindset Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
