What can you expect? This position is for a seasoned professional individual contributor in International Consulting, who works independently with minimal supervision as a lead consultant on some client accounts and/or support the lead consultant in managing client accounts for employers of varying sizes. Level of support depends on the size of client as well as complexity and revenue of the account. What's in it for you? Be an advisor to junior staff for problem resolution and guidance on appropriate ways to deal with challenges. Transition into the role of a trusted advisor and facilitate the sharing of advice and information relevant to the client, developing new and expanded business, and gaining client referrals, by developing and maintaining personal and working relationships with key client stakeholders. In this role, you'll be responsible for: The day to day management of the activity of consultants around the world. Has ownership of all client deliverables. Advising clients on all aspects of retirement and benefit programs. Performs multi-country benefit audits including comparison with market practice and presents results to the client. Prepare feasability studies on global financing. Partnering with other consultants to perform multi-country benefits due diligence for company and acquisition projects. Identifying appropriate resources globally to respond to specific client requests on international issues. Reviews deliverables to ensure that they meet client needs. Overseeing and managing the compilation of global benefit inventories for multinational clients and provides recommendations on changes to benefit programs as appropriate. Delegating, guiding and training junior staff and peer reviews their work. We'd like you to have: Bachelor's in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, economics, finance, or business or related field; 4 or more years of relevant experience; Excellent presentation, group facilitation, verbal and written communications skills; Recent successful client relationship experience and ability to quickly build credibility and gain the confidence of individuals at all levels; Leadership skills, with the ability to be a team player and a strong self-starter; Excellent analytical, organizational, and planning skills; Detail-oriented; A client-focused attitude; Intellectual curiosity; Proficient in Microsoft Office. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person. The applicable base salary range for this role is $103,700 to $207,400. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
