The incumbent provides the highest quality service to every customer.
Actively pursues the acquisition of new clients from both internal referrals and external sources selling various investment products. Identifies potential sales opportunities and acts upon them by initiating an Investment product with the customer or referring the customer to another line of business such as Trust, Insurance or loans. Identifies opportunities for Associate Financial Advisors to have additional training in customer profiling, sales skills or meeting goals.
Demonstrates knowledge in all disciplines within Wealth Management and cross-refers customers and prospects and Retail bank products to Retail. Maintains all client files, completes all required Continuing Education (CE) and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) licensing. Reviews the work of licensed bankers for accuracy, completeness and compliance with government regulations attached to the various licenses they hold. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned. All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by F.N.B. Assignment Position Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for supporting the Bank's business plan and established goals through customary activity including outside calls to current and potential customers.The incumbent provides the highest quality service to every customer.
