Vantus Wealth Full-Time | In-Office | Career Growth Opportunity Build Your Career in Wealth Management Vantus Wealth is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Associate Financial Advisor to join our growing advisory team. This role is ideal for an emerging financial professional who wants hands-on experience in financial planning, client relationship management, and wealth advisory services while developing toward a future Lead Advisor role. As an Associate Financial Advisor, you'll work closely with experienced advisors to deliver a high-touch, planning-first client experience. You'll gain exposure to real client relationships, financial planning strategies, investment support, and operational processes within a collaborative and growth-focused environment. This is a full-time, in-office position designed for individuals who are coachable, driven, and excited to build a long-term career in wealth management. What You'll Do Client Relationship Support Serve as a key point of contact for client questions and day-to-day service needs Maintain communication with clients between review meetings Draft follow-up communications and coordinate next steps after meetings Support proactive client outreach and relationship management Assist with onboarding new clients, including account setup coordination and data gathering Financial Planning & Meeting Preparation Build and maintain financial plans using RightCapital Prepare retirement projections, cash flow analyses, net worth summaries, and other planning deliverables Organize meeting agendas and advisor prep materials Perform data accuracy checks across CRM and planning systems Ensure all planning materials are complete and ready before client meetings Post-Meeting & Workflow Execution Document client meeting notes in CRM systems Track follow-up tasks and workflow progress Communicate with clients regarding outstanding documentation and action items Monitor timelines and escalate delays when needed Track new business opportunities within the CRM Investment & Portfolio Support Assist with investment proposals and portfolio allocation previews Support advisors with investment-related meeting materials Help maintain accurate investment and reporting data across systems Client Onboarding & Administrative Support Guide clients through account opening and onboarding processes Coordinate account transfers and rollover requests Maintain CRM organization and documentation standards Help advisors stay focused on client-facing responsibilities by assisting with operational tasks Career Growth Path At Vantus Wealth, we are committed to developing future advisors through a structured career progression: Junior Associate Advisor Associate Advisor Senior Associate Advisor Lead Advisor You'll receive mentorship, hands-on training, and opportunities to expand your responsibilities as your skills and experience grow. What We're Looking For Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred 1-4 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or financial planning support Experience working in an RIA or wealth management environment is a plus Progress toward CFP® certification or other planning credentials preferred Skills & Attributes Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professionalism and discretion when working with high-income clients Coachable, growth-minded, and team-oriented Familiarity with RightCapital, Advyzon, or similar financial planning/CRM platforms preferred Licensing & Professional Development Series 65 preferred (required within 6 months of hire; company-supported study time available) CFP® pursuit and additional professional development encouraged Internal incentives available for licensing and educational milestones Work Environment & Expectations Full-time, in-office position (5 days per week with limited flexibility) Participation in client and internal team meetings Occasional local travel for client or team events Ability to perform standard office and computer-based responsibilities Hours Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Compensation $22+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications Why Join Vantus Wealth?
