Registered Financial Advisor Pay:
$90,000.00 - $150,000.00 1st year. $250,000+ achievable by year 3. About Landis Financial Advisors Founded in 2008 by President, Eric L. About the Position We are looking for a motivated professional who is eager to grow their income by building a strong client base and book of business (Prefer a CFP® or working toward). In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading firm based in Lancaster County, PA, and to partner with LPL Financial, the nation's largest independent broker-dealer. Our company has an abundance of new business inquiries providing a steady flow of opportunities. This is a unique chance to make a meaningful impact by helping clients achieve their financial goals. Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized financial advice and develop and implement financial plans
- Support and maintain client base
- Meet revenue goals and performance goals
- Remain current with industry trends and regulatory updates
- Maintain active licensure and certifications What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of Sales Experience
- Knowledge to provide and implement holistic financial planning strategies
- Strong communication, organizational, and client relationship skills
