This is an exciting opportunity to welcome an Associate Wealth Advisor who will be an integral part of our team, serving as the true connection between our clients, support team, and advisors. The Associate Wealth Advisor is responsible for engaging with clients as directed, supporting other Wealth Advisors to build out financial plans, and coordinating client related requests with other departments. The Associate Wealth Advisor role is a full-time, salaried position that offers a competitive benefits package, including quarterly bonuses, 401K contributions, and 100% firm paid health insurance premium .   • A long view of the opportunities presented by the firm and the industry overall. As an Associate Wealth Advisor you can expect to:
  • Work closely with both the Senior and Lead Wealth Advisors to develop planning expertise.
  • Work directly with clients as a secondary point of contact in the advisory team.
  • Analyze client information and evaluate results to choose the best financial planning solution.
  • Build out client financial plans and investment proposals as directed by the Senior and Lead Wealth Advisor.
  • Communicate financial plans to Senior and Lead Wealth Advisor to identify the client's needs, objectives, goals, and concerns within the planning software.
  • Ensure client data is captured in the meeting and compiled in the firm's financial planning software, CRM, and other related software applications.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities within client plans and work closely with the Managing and Lead Wealth Advisors to present solutions to the client.
  • Develop financial planning expertise to support the firm's clients by building and understanding of time value of money: present value, future value, annuity payments, internal rate of return, as well as other financial planning modeling scenarios.
  • Support the client onboarding process by completing financial plans and investment proposals within the appropriate software applications.
Qualifications for this role include:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • CFP, preferred or willingness to enroll in CFP Certification Program
  • Advanced designation is a plus (e.g. CPA, CPWA, RICP, Series 65)
  • 3 plus years of direct advisory experience
  • Knowledge of investment advisory regulations preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required
