Compensation:
$75,000

Responsibilities:
Guide clients in identifying their financial goals and develop tailored strategies to achieve them. Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about the latest trends and opportunities in the insurance industry. Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Utilize our comprehensive training programs to enhance your expertise in wealth management and financial planning. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and personalized service. Analyze clients' financial situations to recommend suitable insurance products and investment options. Participate actively in professional development sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
Experience in financial services or a related field is a plus, but not required. Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and relatable manner. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships from personal prospecting Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong analytical skills to assess clients' financial situations and recommend suitable solutions. Ability to work collaboratively within a team to share insights and strategies. Willingness to obtain FINRA SIE, Series 6/7, and Series 63 within the first year (materials and fees provided). Must secure Life and Health Insurance License.
