Compensation:
$70,000 - $120,000 commission structure
Responsibilities:
Develop personalized financial plans that align with clients' goals and aspirations. Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust and open communication. Analyze clients' financial status, providing strategic advice on investments, insurance, and savings. Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to offer up-to-date guidance. Collaborate with team members to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction. Conduct regular reviews of clients' financial plans, adjusting strategies as needed. Educate clients on financial concepts, empowering them to make informed decisions about their future.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Finance, or related field is a plus). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build trust and long-term relationships. Business mindset with a drive to build and grow a business. Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented. Interested in financial planning, wealth management, and helping clients achieve financial security. Life and health licenses or FINRA preferred, or a willingness to obtain.
