You'll be trusted to shape strategy, grow a sophisticated book of business, and serve as a mentor and thought partner to clients and teammates alike. What You'll Do At Citadel Wealth Management, putting clients' needs first is at the heart of everything we do—guiding every recommendation, plan, and interaction. Design futures, not just financial plans. You will translate life goals into actionable strategies across investments, retirement, tax, estate, insurance, and legacy planning. Be the primary trusted advisor. You will own long-term relationships with high-value clients and guide them through every stage of wealth. Grow what matters. You will expand your book through referrals, partnerships, and our deep roots in the communities we serve. A holistic wealth management planning approach. You will collaborate with branch partners, lending, insurance and business banking to deliver full-picture solutions. Navigate complexity. You will provide steady guidance and expertise through changing markets, life transitions, and major financial decisions. What Success Looks Like Clients see you as their first call for any financial decision or life change Your book grows through loyalty, referrals, and trust Financial plans become personalized strategies aligned with client's values, not static documents Junior advisors seek you out for insight and coaching You elevate both client outcomes and the advisor practice Who You Are An experienced advisor who combines expertise with genuine care for clients A clear and confident communicator who makes complex strategies simple and actionable A relationship builder who values trust and long-term partnerships over transactions A strategic thinker who thrives on creating personalized plans while enjoying meaningful client conversations A fiduciary professional committed to the highest standards of integrity and client-first service What We Are Looking For 5+ years in financial advisory or wealth management roles Active securities licensing (Series 7 & 66 or equivalent) CFP®, CFA®, ChFC®, or similar designation strongly preferred Proven success growing and retaining a book of business Deep experience in holistic financial planning A collaborative mindset and a natural coaching presence What We Offer A platform built for sophisticated planning and long-term relationships Competitive compensation with strong growth upside Marketing, operational, and leadership support Access to modern planning and portfolio tools The opportunity to shape the future of our advisory practice
