Looking for a team player who is interested in a long-term opportunity to grow and advance, helping shape an already successful financial planning practice. Individual must be detail and service oriented, able to prioritize and manage multiple projects, and work in a fast-paced environment. In addition, the appropriate candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: Strong verbal and written communication skills Cool and calm under pressure Proficient in technology platforms, including Microsoft Word and Excel Good listener Enjoys working with the public, providing excellent client service Independent and self-motivated Problem solver, ability to look ahead and anticipate the next steps necessary to fully complete the task Flexible High energy Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail Professionalism Work responsibilities will include the following: Lead client meetings, maintaining relationships through regular communication Implement Financial Planning process, overseeing the development, presentation and implementation of recommendations to clients Review follow-up communication and assist in implementation of actions that result from client meetings Review and approve trades within client portfolios Lead team meetings and manage responsibilities and performance within the team Engage in the firm's strategic planning process and contribute to key initiatives Communicate with client's outside advisors such as accountants and attorneys Develop and mentor support staff for future advancement

Other Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience leading client meetings Series 65 licensed or equivalent CFP or on the CFP track preferred Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or related field Familiarity with Wealthbox, RightCapital, Black Diamond, and Holistiplan helpful but not required This is not a sales position. This is primarily a service position. Competitive compensation, between $70,000 and $85,000 based on experience, plus bonus opportunity.
