Contract Opportunity: Government Finance Project Consultant (MUST BE LOCATED IN NJ)

Eula Blue LLC is seeking a qualified Government Finance Project Consultant to support an engagement involving the development of a Countywide Cost Allocation Plan and Indirect Cost Rates in accordance with Uniform Guidance (OMB A-87). This is a project-based consulting role.

Role Overview:

This role will provide execution-level financial and operational support to the project team, assisting with data analysis, departmental coordination, and on-site engagement as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Project Manager in coordinating project activities and deliverables Work with County departments to gather, review, and validate financial data Assist in organizing cost centers, expenditures, and allocation inputs for model development Support the technical lead with data preparation and financial analysis Assist the compliance lead with documentation and audit readiness support Participate in and support on-site meetings and working sessions Help ensure alignment between financial data, departmental structures, and project outputs

Required Qualifications:

Background in accounting, finance, or public administration Must have experience working in government, municipal, or grant-funded environments Understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost structures Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to work in a structured consulting environment and support multiple workstreams
