Job Description:

LHH is seeking an Estate Planning Professional for our client in Tampa, Florida. Join a highly collaborative, client focused estate planning team advising high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals. This is a non billable role focused on long term client guidance, not transactional volume.

Hybrid schedule after first 90 days onsite

Total Compensation Range:

$130,000 to $165,000 (based on experience) No billable hours | No weekends | No overtime

Key Responsibilities:

Advise HNW and UHNW clients on sophisticated estate planning strategies Draft estate planning documents independently Conduct client meetings in person, phone, or virtual Assess client goals using structured planning templates Provide strategic estate planning recommendations Refer clients to outside attorneys when appropriate Act as a long term trusted advisor

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience working in the trust/estate planning field Experience working on complex estates with an understanding of trusts Experience handling sensitive materials and information Experience building credibility and trust in a short amount of time

Technical Experience:

Revocable and general trusts Blended family planning Special needs trusts Wills and probate Tax planning and complex gift strategies Real estate related estate planning matters
