What You'll Do Client Relationship Development Meet one-on-one with individuals and families Understand client goals, priorities, and concerns Recommend appropriate financial and insurance solutions Help clients build long-term financial confidence Business Development Build and maintain your own client base Generate referrals through outstanding client service Develop long-term relationships within your community Grow a book of business that becomes an asset over time Professional Development Complete required licensing with company support Work alongside experienced financial advisors Participate in ongoing coaching, mentorship, and training Develop both technical and relationship-management expertise Licensing & Training You do not need to be licensed before applying. Licensing Support Includes:
Life & Health Licensing (typically completed within 2-3 weeks) SIE Licensing Series 7 Licensing Series 66 Licensing All securities licensing support is provided within your first six months. Compensation & Benefits Compensation Structure This is a commission and fee-based position.
