Full-Time We are seeking an experienced, fully licensed Associate Financial Advisor to join a growing wealth management team and develop into a future senior advisor. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated financial professional who wants meaningful client interaction, hands-on mentorship, and a clear career pathway within a well-established firm. You will work directly with senior advisors, gradually taking on lead responsibilities with client relationships and contributing to business development efforts. What You'll Do Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned client households Conduct regular reviews, update financial plans, and implement recommendations. Manage ongoing service needs, questions, and follow‑ups. Ensure exceptional client experience that reflects RWP's values and planning philosophy. Prepare meeting materials, planning analyses, and follow‑up summaries. Support senior advisors with complex planning work (retirement, tax, insurance, estate). Identify planning gaps, opportunities, and proactive touchpoints.
