In this role, you will build and grow your own financial services practice by helping individuals, families, and businesses achieve their financial goals through personalized planning and solutions. You will receive comprehensive training, access to industry-leading tools, and ongoing mentorship to support your development. As a Financial Advisor, you will develop client relationships, provide guidance on insurance and investment strategies, and work toward obtaining professional licenses and credentials. Compensation is performance-based, with income potential tied to your ability to develop and manage client relationships and grow your career.
Compensation:
$120,000 - $150,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Guide clients in making informed financial decisions by providing clear, actionable advice. Develop personalized financial plans that align with clients' goals and aspirations. Regularly review and adjust financial strategies to ensure they remain effective and relevant. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to offer the most current advice. Collaborate with team members to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction. Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for growth and risk management for clients.
Qualifications:
Baseline knowledge about financial industry concepts, financial products, and the role of a financial advisor is desired Exemplary math skills, communication skills, and relationship skills to support strong customer service for current and new clients Basic knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office, financial planning software, Google Suite, CRM systems, and related programs is needed Up-to-date FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 documents are a bonus A Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or alternate related analytical field is required Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience in sales, business, or a related field is a plus. Ability to obtain required state insurance licenses and FINRA registrations (e.g., Series 6/7, 63/66). Prior experience in sales, customer service, and business development is beneficial but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven with an entrepreneurial mindset. Interest in financial services, wealth management, and helping clients achieve long-term financial goals. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to prospect, network, and build a personal client base. Coachable and open to ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development. High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical business practices.
