Full-time | Entry level welcome We're Building Something Big in St. George Founders Financial Group is a rapidly growing life insurance brokerage expanding into Southern Utah — and we're hiring a small group of hungry, coachable people to join us as we scale. This is not a corporate job. This is a high-growth sales opportunity with training, mentorship, and a clear path to high income. If you're motivated, competitive, and ready to work — we want to meet you. What You'll Do Meet with clients (virtually) Learn a proven sales system and script Help families secure life insurance coverage Build communication, sales, and leadership skills Work with a team of ambitious young professionals No experience required. We train everything. What We're Looking For We only care about a few things: Humble Coachable Willing to work 8+ hours/day Local to St. George Wants to earn more than a normal 9-5 Comfortable talking to people That's it.
Compensation Average starting reps earn:
$7,000 - $15,000 per month This is performance-based income with uncapped growth. Our top performers earn significantly more.
