This position supports a Oklahoma City, OK-based advisory team serving clients from a legacy firm formerly known as Exencial Wealth Advisors and requires the advisor to be local to the area or willing to relocate. In this role, you can expect to focus in the following areas: Assume co-advisor and/or lead-advisor role on existing clients, fulfilling responsibilities outlined in the Savant Core Advisory Career Path. Responsible for profitable delivery of our service models as defined in S avant Service and Segmentation Guidelines and according to the "The Savant Way".
Servicing:
Provide world-class service, host meetings, optimize book of business, enhance servicing skills. Participates in and/or leads "The Discovery Interview ", the "My Ideal Future" discussions and other strategic onboarding processes. Owns and manages client relationship and client satisfaction—responsible for client retention. Serves as a liaison to Planning Team for clients.
Business Development:
Retain clients / Grow wallet share, earn referrals, earn badging for house=generate referrals, grown network. Participate in new client relationship development. Participate in planning meetings regarding new prospects/new clients. Coordinate follow-up workflow on new clients. Minimum production $60 - $100k in new revenue from multiple existing clients or new prospects to Savant at typical Savant fee schedule. Utilize and further develop network of referral sources and centers of influence to generate future business development opportunities. Attorneys-Current and Additional Contacts Previous Clients Community Networking Opportunities (i.e. Service Clubs) Other Leverage Advisor AI capabilities to elevate the client experience by delivering personalized insights in meetings and utilizing data-driven recommendations to strengthen planning strategies. Use professional judgment, and incorporate AI feedback as appropriate. Maintain team approach by assisting and filling in for others. Perform other duties as requested. Clients are receiving excellent service. Client meetings are well-prepared in advance of meeting. Advisor II is actively anticipating clients' needs and provides his or her opinion on range of client/prospect related items to lead advisor and/or client. Advisor II is highly engaged in client meetings and can effectively present financial planning and investment related items, both written and oral, to clients. Advisor II ensures client tasks are consistently completed accurately and quickly with a high sense of urgency. Advisor II is adhering to our Savant Service and Segmentation Guidelines. Advisor II is actively acquiring new, target clients (over $1M in AUM) to the firm. Advisor II completes and executes a robust business development plan and maintains strong business development relationships and referral networks. A couple things to note about our Financial Advisor position: This position is based in Oklahoma City, OK and is designed to support a legacy Exencial advisory team serving clients in the local market. This role is expected to work primarily from the Oklahoma City office; candidates should be local to the area or open to relocation, with remote flexibility considered only in exceptional cases. Typical working hours align with standard business hours, with flexibility based on client meetings, team collaboration, and business development activity. This is a unique opportunity to join a close-knit office with strong leadership presence, experienced advisors, and cross-functional support while helping shape the next chapter of growth during an active integration period. The Financial Advisor position typically requires the following qualifications: All Financial Advisor applicants must have a clean U4 with no disclosures Employment in this position will require a signed non-compete agreement, except in states where prohibited Bachelor's degree in finance or related field from an accredited college or university; Master's degree preferred Minimum 5-7 years of experience in investment management, financial planning, or financial services with demonstrated ability to develop and manage plans and manage client relationships. Certified Financial Planner™ designation preferred upon hire or must be attained within two years of date of hire. Financial planning/wealth management acumen, judgment, and experience Excellent communication and listening skills. Client-first attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as financial planning and securities balancing software. A team player, collaborative, able to work with and through others.
