Job Description
No finance degree? No problem. New York Life is actively hiring in Las Vegas and will train you from day one — licensing, mentorship, and a clear path to six figures included. If you're driven, coachable, and great with people, we want you on our team. What You'll Do
- Meet with individuals, families, and business owners across the Las Vegas area to understand their financial goals
- Recommend life insurance, retirement strategies, and financial protection plans tailored to each client
- Build your own client base through referrals, community relationships, and networking
- Work with a diverse, community-oriented market that values long-term financial guidance
- Grow your income and practice over time, with a clear path toward management
What We're Looking For Required:
- Self-motivated with strong relationship-building skills
- Willingness to obtain your Life & Health insurance license (we sponsor it)
- Experience in sales, hospitality, real estate, banking, education, or other client-facing roles
Preferred:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish — strongly encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in financial services or insurance You don't need a background in finance. You need ambition, coachability, and a genuine desire to help people. What We Offer

Pay range posted:
