This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thinking strategically, and building something over time. Many of our planners come from outside the industry and are looking for a more meaningful and performance-driven career path. What You Will Be Doing Work with clients to understand their goals and financial situation Develop personalized strategies around investing, retirement, and protection planning Build long term relationships and guide clients through important decisions Build a strong client base through a structured approach that combines referrals, networking, and consistent involvement in your community How You Will Grow We provide a clear and structured approach to market development, so you are not guessing how to succeed. You will learn how to Focus on specific client segments Build referral networks and generate consistent opportunities Develop a process that turns conversations into long term client relationships We also emphasize community involvement and work life integration, allowing you to build your practice in a way that aligns with your personal and professional goals.
