Job Summary Join our dynamic financial team as a Financial Services Associate, where you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive financial solutions to our clients. Responsibilities Assist clients with developing tailored financial plans that encompass estate planning, tax strategies, and investment management. Conduct thorough financial analysis using advanced software tools to evaluate client portfolios and recommend improvements. Support sales efforts by identifying client needs and presenting suitable financial products and services. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of securities law, banking regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance. Manage client relationships through effective customer relationship management (CRM) techniques, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with team members on research projects related to asset management, corporate accounting, and public accounting standards. Prepare detailed reports on financial concepts such as cash management, portfolio management, and wealth management strategies for client review. Qualifications Proven experience or strong knowledge in financial services areas including estate planning, wills, trusts & estate law, and tax experience. Familiarity with securities law, financial analysis, investment management, and technical accounting principles. Strong understanding of financial concepts such as cash flow analysis, asset allocation, and risk assessment. Excellent math skills coupled with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately. Prior experience with financial software platforms and customer relationship management tools is preferred. Effective communication skills to explain intricate financial strategies clearly to clients. A background in public accounting or corporate accounting is advantageous but not mandatory.
