Responsibilities Educate clients on life insurance and financial protection options Build and maintain positive client relationships Assist clients with selecting coverage that fits their needs Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person appointments Maintain professionalism and confidentiality with client information Participate in training sessions and team meetings Work independently while also collaborating with a team Qualifications / Requirements High school diploma or GED required Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated with a positive attitude Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Willingness to learn and complete training Basic computer and smartphone skills Must be authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Interest in financial services, entrepreneurship, or personal development What we offer: Comprehensive training program, that includes written and video training Support and resources for getting licensed within 2
