127 Public Square, Cleveland Ohio Job Description The Trust Analyst provides trust administration support and fulfills fiduciary responsibilities by providing basic trust administration for Key's Institutional clients and their beneficiaries. While serving on the Institutional Advisors team, collaborates effectively and provides insights and solutions to attract, retain and grow clients. Actively manages institutional accounts, in accordance with established policies and procedures, to a high professional standard while managing fiduciary risk. Retains and deepens profitable client relationships within assigned revenue base. Where appropriate, may focus on an area of specialty trust expertise. Successfully identifies opportunities to enhance client relationships while using proper channel management.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Trust Administration & Support Administers assigned accounts with a proactive and disciplined approach Familiar with Custody of Corporate, Pension Plans, Taft Harley, Union, ERISA accounts. Reads and understands Trust Agreements and related documents for administrative purposes. Reviews and maintains client information on trust accounting system and all applicable vendor system(s) Applies sound fiduciary judgment to trust matters Fulfills Key's fiduciary responsibilities, ensuring retention of business and reputation Uses cash forecasting to determine approximate amount needed in accounts over a period of time based on the accounts' needs and trends, working closely with the Investment Officer Discovers, analyzes and researches client transactions and recommend solutions as needed Client Management Anticipates and advises clients on evolving financial goals and objectives Executes, through Salesforce or other Comprehensive Practice Management process, prioritized pro-active client contacts, per service standards Identifies client needs and revenue enhancement opportunities Follows-up on client issues and relays information to clients through correspondence, telephone communications and conferences. May serve as primary contact for some account relationships Process cash movement, trades, and maintenance on accounts per client requests. Sales Identifies and prioritizes trust and other opportunities to deepen relationships and enhance revenue Presents ideas and solutions to clients and prospects, in collaboration with team members Participates in professional associations to demonstrate professional credibility and expand COI relationships Team Collaboration Provides backup and support to other members of the team Builds and maintains effective working relationships with other team members to ensure high quality and timely administration of assigned fiduciary accounts Serves as a resource for the team on projects needed Compliance Performs annual review of all assigned accounts Maintains compliance with all internal policies and procedures, as well as, with regulatory and legal requirements Mitigates risk on individual book of business Assumes accountability for all delegated work on assigned accounts Keeps current on the latest developments in trust law, tax law, and other issues related to the trust business
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
This position will report to National Director of Pension Solutions in IA Mobile - In Office 3 days (various locations) and work from home 2 days
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $52,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
