Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Advisor based in Clayton, MO, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Lead Advisor will be responsible for guiding clients through personalized financial planning, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and creating tailored investment strategies to meet both short-term and long-term financial goals. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, providing ongoing financial education, collaborating with team members to develop strategic solutions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications Strong financial planning expertise, including skills in investment strategy development, portfolio management, and tax planning. Proficiency in relationship management, client engagement, and providing financial education and personalized consultations. Ability to conduct data analysis and make strategic recommendations based on detailed financial assessments. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Relevant certifications such as CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) or equivalent are highly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced education is a plus. Experience using financial planning software and tools to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
