We are looking for new Agency Owners to join the Farm Bureau Financial family. Agency ownership with Farm Bureau Financial is all about building relationships, being a pillar in your community, making a difference, and helping people protect what matters most to them. Daily tasks can include:
  • Meeting with prospective and current clients
  • Analyzing coverage and investment options and explaining details to clients
  • Promoting your business, budgeting and scaling your team
  • Ensuring you are up-to-date on industry regulations and product offerings
  • Managing policy renewals
  • Maintaining client and business records

Agency Ownership is a 1099 independent contractor position, business revenue is based on commission and Farm Bureau Financial offers a world-class contract that will help you establish your position in the market.
