Full Job Description Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and highly organized Office Manager to support the daily operations of a small financial advising office. This role is ideal for someone who values professionalism, enjoys creating order, and takes pride in helping both clients and team members feel supported. As the first point of contact for many clients, the Office Manager plays an important role in creating a welcoming office environment while keeping administrative processes running smoothly behind the scenes. Hours may begin part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on office needs and candidate fit.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain an organized, efficient workflow Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet clients in a warm and professional manner Coordinate calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules Prepare, organize, and maintain client files, forms, and office records Assist with correspondence, reports, and meeting preparation
Qualifications:
3+ years of office management, administrative support, or similar experience in the financial services industry is preferred Familiarity with financial industry regulations (e.g., SEC, FINRA) is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Professional discretion with confidential client information
