About the Opportunity We are seeking an exceptional Real Estate Financial Advisor to serve as a key driver of client growth and deal execution. This is a high-impact, intrapreneurial role designed for a seasoned professional with a rare combination of corporate finance, commercial lending, and real estate investment expertise. You will work at the intersection of client advisory and deal execution — building your own book of business through proactive outreach and networking, while working alongside a talented team that includes Underwriting, Client Operations, and Client Advisory. The right candidate will be as comfortable analyzing a complex CRE deal structure as they are cultivating a new client relationship or contributing to a high-performing team environment. This role is built for someone who thrives on results — a self-starter who brings their A-game every day and wants to grow with a firm that rewards performance. What You'll Do Client Advisory & Business Development Build and grow your own book of business through proactive outbound efforts including cold outreach, networking, and relationship development with developers, builders, and investors, along with banks, credit unions, and other capital sources. Serve as a trusted financial advisor to clients navigating real estate investments, commercial lending, and development projects Structure and present financing solutions, investment strategies, and asset management recommendations tailored to each client's goals Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and community engagements to expand market presence Deal Execution & Asset Management Oversee and contribute to the underwriting, analysis, and structuring of commercial real estate (CRE) loan requests, development projects, and mixed-use investments. Review and interpret financial models, pro formas, and investment summaries prepared by the Financial Analyst Monitor active client portfolios and real estate assets, ensuring performance aligns with investment objectives Conduct and guide due diligence processes, coordinating with lenders, developers, attorneys, CPAs, and other stakeholders Team Collaboration & Leadership Partner with a team that includes underwriting & analysis, project execution & client service, and business sourcing & lender relationships — contributing your expertise to keep deals moving and clients well-served Be a go-to resource and collaborative partner within the team, fostering a culture of accountability, high standards, and shared success Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client deliverables are accurate, timely, and exceed expectations — owning your piece of every deal from start to close Technology & Innovation Champion the firm's evolving use of AI-powered tools to enhance deal analysis, client communication, reporting, and workflow efficiency Utilize Monday.com CRM to manage client pipelines, track deal progress, and coordinate team activities Leverage advanced understanding of Excel modeling for financial projections, loan structuring, and investment analysis Continuously identify and implement emerging technologies and lending platforms that give the firm and its clients a competitive edge Who You Are You are intrapreneurial enough to build a client base from scratch, analytical enough to review & stress-test a deal model, and relationship-driven enough to earn a client's trust for life.   • use investment advisory.
Having your own direct investment experience in real estate is a plus. Strong understanding of financial modeling in Microsoft Excel Experience working directly with developers, builders, banks, or credit unions Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships through outbound business development Preferred Experience using or leading adoption of AI tools in a professional finance or real estate context Familiarity with Monday.com or comparable CRM platforms Comfortable working alongside and collaborating with a small, specialized team in a fast
  • paced environment Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, CCIM, or equivalent are a strong plus Graduate degree (MBA, MS Finance, MS Real Estate) is a plus but not required Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $90,000
