Remote Financial Aid Communication Consultant

ProEd is seeking experienced Communication Consultants to support colleges and universities during the upcoming financial aid peakseason. This is a fully remote position assisting students and families with financial aid, admissions, and registrar-relatedquestions by phone and email. We are looking for individuals who are professional, dependable, and comfortable working in afast-paced, high-volume student support environment. Position Details 100% Remote Independent Contractor(1099) Paid twice monthly $2 per completed call Peak season volume begins in July Flexible schedulingwithin weekday coverage hours Minimum 15-hour weekly commitment required Responsibilities Answerincoming student and parent calls Respond to email inquiries Assist with FAFSA and financial aid-related questions Follow school policies and communication procedures Document communications appropriately PreferredExperience Experience in any of the following areas is strongly preferred: Financial Aid Admissions Registrar Student Services Call Center Support in Higher Education Experience with systems such asBanner, Colleague, or PeopleSoft is a plus.
