; Academic Advising/Student Support & Services The Financial Aid Office is integral to student success, administering a high volume of applications annually and distributing substantial funding through grants, loans, and scholarships. In the role of Financial Aid Advisor, you will serve as a primary point of contact for students and their families, providing clear guidance on the financial aid process, explaining available funding options, and helping identify solutions to support college affordability. This position also carries responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations while delivering responsive, student-centered service. To thrive in the role of Financial Aid Advisor, you will combine strong customer service skills with the ability to navigate complex, multi-step processes, guiding students and their families with patience, clarity, and empathy. Success in this position requires the ability to interpret and detailed state and federal regulations, making informed decisions that balance student support with strict compliance standards. You will play a key role in helping students understand their financial aid options, identifying solutions to make higher education more affordable, and delivering responsive, student-centered service while supporting the high-volume, mission-critical work of the Financial Aid Office.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or an equivalent.

Position Details:

This is a full-time, non-exempt staff position complete with both a competitive salary and full employee benefits package . UA provides a generous compensation package that includes retirement options, annual leave, 12 paid holidays per year, tuition waivers for employees and family members, and affordable medical, dental and vision care coverage.
