Job Description

AAF Wealth Management is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Wealth Advisor to join our team in a unique advisor-to-lead transition role.

This is not your typical advisory position. Youll partner closely with firm leadership while developing into a lead advisorbuilding deep client relationships, delivering holistic financial planning, and growing your own book of business over time.

What Youll DoThis role is designed as a structured growth path, where your responsibilities expand as you develop:

Learn & IntegratePartner with senior advisors to learn planning philosophy, client strategies, and service approachSupport client meetings, financial plan preparation, and ongoing client communicationBuild expertise in tax-aware financial planning in collaboration with our tax professionalsGrow into a Trusted AdvisorTake an active role in client meetings and begin co-managing relationshipsDevelop and present planning strategies, with a strong focus on tax efficiencyBuild relationships with clients and their familiesStep into LeadershipLead client relationships and meetings with confidenceAdvise on complex planning topics including wealth transfer, charitable giving, and retirement strategiesDrive business development through referrals, networking, and new client acquisitionWhat Makes This Role DifferentClear path to lead advisor responsibilitiesMentorship from experienced firm leadershipIntegrated tax + wealth planning approachOpportunity to grow your own client base while supporting an established practiceCollaborative, client-first cultureWhat You BringCFP designation (required)57+ years of experience in wealth management or financial planningStrong expertise in comprehensive financial planning (investments, retirement, estate concepts)Interest in or experience with tax planning strategies (EA a plus)Proven ability to build relationships and develop new businessEntrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-starter approachExcellent communication skills and emotional intelligenceExperience working with high-net-worth individuals and families (preferred)A collaborative mindset and commitment to long-term growthWhy AAF Wealth Management?

The salary range for this position reflects a broad set of factors considered in compensation decisions, includingbut not limited toskills, experience, training, certifications, and overall business needs. The stated range has not been adjusted for geographic differentials that may apply based on the positions location. At AAF Wealth Management, it is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, as compensation decisions are based on each candidates specific background and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role is $125,000 - $175,000 per year not inclusive of bonus potential.•Please note that while this position is remote, occasional travel to client locations, corporate meetings and trainings may be required to facilitate effective collaboration and engagement implementation.
