This role is ideal for an experienced financial planning professional who enjoys working closely with clients, collaborating with a team, and delivering high-touch service across investments and risk management. You'll play a key role in supporting comprehensive financial plans-roughly 80% investment-focused and 20% risk management -while gaining exposure to advanced planning strategies and long-term career growth. What You'll Do As a Wealth Management Advisor, you'll be hands-on in the day-to-day execution of client plans and ongoing service, including: Preparing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive financial plans Executing investment trades, rebalancing portfolios, and performing tax-loss harvesting when appropriate Opening and maintaining investment accounts and managing money movement (transfers, journals, ACHs) Updating and maintaining plans within proprietary planning software (PX) Supporting insurance planning by running ledgers, submitting applications, and coordinating underwriting Partnering with estate planning attorneys to ensure proper account titling and registration Collaborating with internal underwriting, compliance, and operations teams Managing CRM reports and tracking client opportunities Delivering a consistently polished, white-glove client experience What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is technically strong, client-focused, and motivated to grow within a collaborative planning team. Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in financial planning or wealth management Series 7 and Series 66 licenses Strong knowledge of investment trading and operational workflows Excellent communication skills and comfort working with clients both in-person and virtually Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Preferred (or Willing to Obtain) Life & Health Insurance license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days) CFP designation or commitment to pursue it Experience with platforms such as Net
X360, CRM
