You'll be trained and developed into a Financial Advisor over time. What This Role Actually Looks Like This is a career-building position focused on developing the skills needed to become a successful Financial Advisor. You won't be expected to figure things out on your own. Instead, you'll work closely with experienced advisors while going through a structured learning process and gradually taking on more responsibility. Early on, your focus will be on: Learning how client relationships are built and maintained Understanding financial products and planning strategies Observing and participating in client meetings Building confidence in communicating with clients As you progress, you'll begin developing your own client base with guidance and support from the team. What You'll Do Meet with individuals and families to understand their financial goals Build long-term client relationships based on trust Learn how to develop and present financial strategies Gradually build and manage your own client base Who This Is a Fit For We intentionally hire career changers. Some of our most successful advisors came from: Sales (B2B, retail, inside sales, etc.) Banking or financial services Insurance or mortgage roles Teaching, coaching, or leadership positions You don't need prior experience in wealth management.
