Job Description

Overview Join our team as a Wealth Strategist and play a key role in helping clients build, protect, and preserve what matters most. In this role, you will apply your sales expertise and communication skills to connect with a diverse client base, understand their financial goals, and deliver tailored wealth and retirement protection strategies. You will drive growth through outside sales, build lasting client relationships, and uphold a high standard of service. Responsibilities Conduct outside sales activities to identify prospective clients and grow your book of business through proactive outreach and community networking Assess clients' financial goals and retirement needs to recommend appropriate wealth protection strategies and financial solutions Present and explain wealth-building, retirement planning, and asset protection solutions in a clear and compelling manner Negotiate terms and structures with clients, balancing their long-term financial goals with available solutions to reach mutually beneficial agreements Handle client administration tasks including processing applications, updating records, and maintaining accurate client files Promote financial products and services across multiple channels using targeted marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation Deliver exceptional client service by responding to inquiries promptly, explaining product details clearly, and guiding clients through the planning process Collaborate with team members on benefits administration and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including HIPAA, when handling sensitive client information Educate clients on wealth accumulation, retirement income strategies, and financial protection options in an approachable and engaging manner Attend virtual and in-person trainings to develop product knowledge and system proficiency Qualifications No prior experience is required — we welcome driven individuals from all backgrounds.
