4-6+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or real estate finance Advanced financial modeling skills with proven experience building models from scratch Experience working with complex, multi-source datasets; BI tools or SQL exposure a plus Background in real estate, development, or REIT environments preferred (NOI, FFO, portfolio metrics) #
