We provide comprehensive financial planning and investment management to high-net-worth individuals and families in a collaborative, fiduciary-driven environment. Position Overview We are seeking a Financial Advisor who is looking to grow within a client-focused, team-oriented RIA environment. This role is ideal for an advisor who is confident working with clients, understands how to deliver comprehensive financial planning, and is ready to take the next step in their career within a firm that provides infrastructure, support, and long-term growth opportunities. The ideal candidate may already be working with clients or managing relationships and is looking for a firm to partner with long-term. This could include an advisor with an existing book of business seeking a more robust platform, or a motivated advisor who has developed strong technical and client-facing skills and is ready to operate with greater autonomy and responsibility. This is a client-facing role with a clear path toward becoming a Lead Advisor, including increasing responsibility for client relationships, planning strategy, and business development. Key Responsibilities
  • Support lead advisor in managing client relationships, including presenting financial plans, participating in meetings, and reviewing planning strategies with clients
  • Develop and maintain financial plans, identify planning opportunities, and follow through on implementation
  • Conduct quarterly client reviews and ongoing client service
  • Execute trading and support portfolio implementation as needed
  • Collaborate with internal team members; strong alignment with team-based decision-making is critical
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all client interactions, recommendations, and paperwork within CRM and required systems
  • Contribute to business growth through client retention, identifying opportunities within existing relationships, and supporting new client development Qualifications
  • Series 65 (or on track)
  • CFP® designation preferred (or on track)
  • Experience working with client relationships and participating in meetings
  • Demonstrated ability to manage or contribute to client relationships with increasing independence
  • Strong understanding of financial planning concepts (retirement, investments, insurance)
  • Experience with financial planning and investment software (e.g., MoneyGuidePro, Schwab, Black Diamond)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage client responsibilities with minimal supervision Preferred Attributes
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Existing client relationships or a portable book of business is a plus, but not required
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in growing within a firm and contributing to long-term business development
  • Desire to be part of a firm structure while maintaining a high level of ownership over client outcomes and relationships
Compensation & Benefits Note:
We welcome conversations with advisors who have experience developing client relationships and are looking to grow within a firm environment. The approach to integrating and supporting those relationships, along with compensation and long-term incentives, will be discussed and structured in alignment with the firm's client service model.
  • Base salary: TBD
  • Bonus based on performance and firm contribution
  • Health benefits and retirement plan
  • Eligibility for equity participation after 5 years of tenure, based on performance and long-term contribution Why Join Us
  • Clear path to becoming a Lead Advisor within a growing firm
  • Opportunity to build deep, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients
  • Collaborative, team-based environment with direct access to firm leadership
  • Platform designed to support advisors who want to grow their practice without building a firm from scratch
  • Opportunity for advisors with an existing client base to integrate into a firm with established infrastructure, compliance, and operational support
  • Ability to meaningfully impact client outcomes and the future of the firm
  • Long-term career growth, including potential equity participation Career Path This role is designed to develop into a Lead Advisor position over time.
The individual will begin by supporting existing client relationships and participating in planning and client meetings, with a clear path to taking on increasing responsibility for client relationships. As the individual demonstrates growth, consistency, and the ability to effectively manage client needs, they will have the opportunity to transition into a lead advisor role, managing client relationships, leading planning strategy, and contributing to the continued growth and development of the firm.
