A wealth management firm in Greenville SC is seeking a Financial Planning Assistant to provide critical support to their Wealth Management Advisor.         Responsibilities:
          Client Service & Advisor Support:
          Prepare client meeting materials, manage communications, and serve as a primary contact for service requests.
            Administrative Operations:
            Oversee calendars, coordinate meetings, and maintain CRM records.
              Financial Planning & Account Support:
              Assist with client onboarding, prepare financial materials, and manage investment accounts.
                Insurance Support:
                Run insurance illustrations and coordinate with specialists.
                Qualifications:
                • Executive-level administrative experience
                • Experience in financial services or wealth management
                • Experience supporting advisors or financial planners
                • Strong organizational and time management skills
                • High attention to detail and accuracy
                • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
                • Strong written and verbal communication skills
                • Ability to maintain confidentiality
                Preferred Qualifications:
                • Existing financial licenses
                Licensing Requirements:
                • Health and Life license within 2 months
                • Associate Financial Representative contract within 3 months
