Responsibilities Assist senior financial advisors in creating and implementing customized financial plans for clients. Conduct research on financial products, market trends, and economic data to support client advice. Analyze clients' financial situations, including income, expenses, investment portfolios, and risk tolerance. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and financial plans. Prepare presentations and reports to effectively communicate financial strategies to clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely and professional support. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices. Requirements Prior experience in financial services Has demonstrated some success but is seeking stronger mentorship and structure Active licenses required: Series 7, Series 66 Willingness to pursue CFP® certification Clean background and strong professional ethics Strong interpersonal and communication skills Motivated, coachable, and growth-oriented
Benefits Base Salary:
$3,000/month
Total Target Compensation:
~$50,000+ (base + commission)
Commission Split:
Participation in revenue from both existing and new clients
Annual Increase:
10% to 20% compensation growth potential year-over-year Discretionary Bonus based on performance
Benefits Package Includes:
401(k) with employer match + profit sharing Cash Balance Plan (employer-funded only; 3-year vesting schedule)
