Financial Planner (CPA / CFP)Chattanooga, TN | Onsite/HybridWe are partnering with a well-established, fee-only Registered Investment Advisor firm to add a Financial Planner to their collaborative, team-based service model. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong planner with a tax-focused background who enjoys building comprehensive financial plans and partnering closely with advisors—without needing to own the primary client relationship. About the RoleThis position will serve as the in-house subject matter expert for financial planning, supporting lead advisors by developing and delivering high-quality financial plans. You will play a key role in translating complex financial and tax strategies into clear, actionable recommendations for high-net-worth clients. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver comprehensive and segmented financial plans for high-net-worth clients. Partner with lead and service advisors to support client planning needs. Perform in-depth analysis across retirement planning, cash flow, debt management, net worth tracking, college planning, and asset allocation recommendations. Lead tax-focused planning strategies and provide insights through tax return review. Update and maintain client financial plans as circumstances evolve. Serve as the internal expert on financial planning best practices, tools, and processes. Utilize and master MoneyGuidePro to deliver consistent, high-quality planning output.
