Duties Assess clients' financial needs through comprehensive analysis of their assets, liabilities, income, and expenses Develop customized financial plans covering investment management, retirement strategies, estate planning, tax optimization, and cash management Advise clients on securities law compliance, wills, trusts, estate law, and other legal considerations affecting their financial plans Present financial products and services that align with clients' goals while ensuring regulatory adherence and ethical standards Monitor investment portfolios regularly, adjusting strategies based on market conditions and client objectives Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, reviews, and updates on financial progress Stay current with industry regulations, tax laws, and financial software to provide accurate advice and maintain compliance Skills Deep understanding of estate planning, wills, trusts & estate law, securities law, and tax experience Strong knowledge of financial concepts including investment management, wealth management, asset management, and portfolio management Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software to evaluate client portfolios and market trends Excellent math skills for precise calculations related to cash flow analysis and financial modeling Experience in sales within the financial services sector with a focus on customer relationship management Familiarity with banking operations, corporate accounting practices, research methodologies, and technical accounting standards Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to clients with varying levels of expertise This role is perfect for motivated professionals eager to leverage their expertise in a collaborative environment dedicated to client success.
