Financial Advisor Assistant to join our dynamic team. This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to support financial advisors in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for people and customer support. As a key member of our Mid-South Team, you will help streamline administrative processes, manage client interactions, and contribute to the overall success of our financial advisory services. Duties Provide comprehensive administrative support to financial advisors, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Handle greeting clients professionally and directing inquiries efficiently. Manage multi-line phone systems, answer incoming calls with courteous phone etiquette, and route messages accurately. Maintain organized client files through meticulous filing, data entry, and record keeping using digital tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using proprietary software applications that you will be trained to use. Support office management duties such as supply ordering, document proofreading, and ensuring a well-organized workspace. Facilitate customer support by addressing client questions promptly and providing exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative roles within a professional environment. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently. Demonstrated experience with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and customer service excellence. Attention to detail in proofreading documents and maintaining accurate data entry records. Prior personal assistant or office experience is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills combined with professionalism to support clients and team members alike.
